So for instance 81% of buyers feel a double sink is important to have. (That is good to know if you are planning on installing a single sink)

Some things people want in a house are small and something that you could do yourself fairly quickly and cheaply. Others require more time, money and hassle. Hiring a contractor can be a tough task nowadays on PEI. Amid this current remodeling boom along with the shortage of materials, renovating can get expensive. So use caution before starting. Ask your Realtor if you will see a payback for the work that you plan to have done. 

Home buyers are willing to spend big on homes with higher quality finishes. After sheltering in place . . . people are ready for change in their homes. And they are willing to pay. Now it is important to make sure your home is in top condition so it can get the most attention and the highest possible price.
